“This month’s paper sculpture is a version of the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. I’ve personally always been fascinated by the depictions of him wearing a luxurious blue coat and a ruffle collar shirt. Tim Burton creations always touch my heart!

The sculpture is made out of paper but its head is worked on with multiple aged techniques so that it looks like a stone sculpture, weathered in time, with its paint chipping and peeling (a quite tricky effect actually). It comes ready to hang on your wall, as a uniquely different piece to complete a collection of Alice’s little tributes and wonders. Hope it will make someone really, really happy, just as I was feeling while making him 😊”.
